Dynamically condition all creatives for HLS or MPD insertion accross all devices.

The adverts are typically supplied as a single file per advert, i.e. in a format not yet suitable for

delivery using HTTP adaptive streaming. As a result, they need to be transcoded and segmented

before they can be used, which requires an offline file-to-file transcoding step.

Once the transcoding is complete, but before the prepared asset can be used in the linear part of

the workflow, it must be ingested into an asset database. This allows a translation to be made between

the media files provided by the advertiser and the transcoded files prepared for the linear network.
